Why We Do What We Do
Static Quo is a platform for independent and critical thought. Here, we offer a variety of articles, podcasts and videos that aim to challenge the status quo. We believe in sparking conversations and bringing to light topics that are often overlooked or ignored by mainstream media.
Our hope is that our content will help reshape the way you think and look at the world. So, join us in our mission to challenge and explore the world around us.
In the interest of full disclosure, we are a socialist leaning website. This is our bias.
You will find that we will probably criticise Democrats more than the GOP. This is not because we favor the GOP, but because most people who are interested in the content we provide and the conversations we encourage already know a lot about the failings of the GOP. They are just as culpable as the Democrats for the state to which we find our country has fallen. The two are opposite sides of the same coin, and whether wittingly or not, are partners in the decline we see all around us.
If anyone tells you they don't have a bias, they are lying to you from the get-go.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
